The Alpha Programme - "Code Zero Ready"

 

ALPHA - is a Strength and Conditioning Programme that will benefit anyone who is looking to increase muscle and cardiovascular fitness. The Programme will take you through a full strength mesocycle of 18 weeks.

  • 4 x sessions per week (50-80min)

  • Compound lifts - squats, deadlifts and presses

  • Challenging cardio

  • Strength & fitness

  • Optional stretch day that rotates on a 3 week pattern

 

Once you have completed your first 18 week cycle, a new version of the programme will be available for you to continue your progression.
