The Delta Programme - "Functional Strength"

 

DELTA - is our Functional Strength programme which will take you through a full 18 week strength mesocycle.

​

  • 4 x sessions per week (50-80min)

  • Heavy compound lifts - squats, deadlifts and presses

  • No Cardio, No Machines

  • Pure functional strength

  • Optional stretch day that rotates on a 3 week pattern

 

Once you have completed your first 18 week cycle, a new version of the programme will be available for you to continue your progression.
