The Echo Programme - "Hybrid Runner"

 

ECHO- is a Strength and Conditioning and Running programme. The programme will take you through a full 18 week strength mesocycle.

​

  • 2 x running sessions per week (4-9km range and tempo based shorter runs)

  • 2 x strength sessions (Upper & Lower)

  • Compound lifts - squats, deadlifts and presses

  • Strength & cardio

  • Optional stretch day that rotates on a 3 week pattern

 

Once you have completed your first 18 week cycle, a new version of the programme will be available for you to continue your progression.
