DELTA - is our functional strength programme. It consists of 4 strength sessions per week, no cardio, no machines and 1 optional stretch and mobility day. If you want to build functional strength, Delta is a perfect programme for you.

ECHO - "Hybrid Runner"
ECHO - is our strength and running programme. 4 sessions per week, 2 of which are strength based in the gym and 2 of which are running focused.

X-RAY - "The Body Builder"
X-RAY - is our Body Building Programme. It's focus is to build hypertrophy in the areas that are most pleasing to the eye.
Free weights, cables and machines across 5 sessions per week. ​​​
